Terms of service

1. The service

We prepare and submit job applications on your behalf: CV optimization, LinkedIn optimization (per package), targeting strategy, weekly application submissions, employer follow-ups, and weekly progress reporting. The inclusions of your package are listed at purchase and prevail over marketing summaries.

2. Authorization & consent

We act only with your explicit, recorded authorization, given during intake. You may withdraw it at any time with effect from receipt; applications already submitted cannot be recalled.

3. Your obligations

• —Provide accurate, current information in the intake.
• —Respond to interview invitations and our messages within a reasonable time.
• —Tell us about offers, interviews or employer contact you receive directly.

4. Payments

Packages are one-time fees, processed by Stripe. Payment plans, where offered, are provided by Stripe and its partners under their terms.

5. Guarantee

We guarantee interview opportunities. If we do not secure you interview opportunities within the agreed timeframe, you receive a 100% refund — processed within 21 days. No partial credit, no store credit, no fine print working against you.

6. Liability

We owe you diligent, professional effort and the remedies in the guarantee. We do not and cannot promise employment, specific employers, or salary outcomes. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for your package, except where law does not permit such limits.

7. Governing law

[JURISDICTION — CONFIRM with counsel.] Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
