Refund policy

1. Before we start

Cancel any time before your strategist begins work (profile rebuild kickoff) for a full refund, no questions asked.

2. The interview guarantee

We guarantee interview opportunities. If we do not secure you interview opportunities within the agreed timeframe, you receive a 100% refund — processed within 21 days. No partial credit, no store credit, no fine print working against you.

Processing

Refunds go to the original payment method within 21 days of approval. Payment-plan purchases are refunded through Stripe to the same plan.
