Service guarantee terms

We guarantee interview opportunities. If we do not secure you interview opportunities within the agreed timeframe, you receive a 100% refund — processed within 21 days. No partial credit, no store credit, no fine print working against you.
What we guarantee
Interview opportunities within the timeframe agreed at onboarding for your package and target profile. An "interview opportunity" is an employer-initiated invitation to interview for a role matching the target profile we agreed, forwarded to you in writing.
Conditions
- Your intake information was accurate and your CV approval wasn't unreasonably delayed.
- Your authorization remained in force for the full agreed timeframe.
- You responded to interview invitations within [N — CONFIRM] business days.
- The agreed target profile wasn't narrowed mid-engagement to an unreasonable scope.
Claiming the refund
If the timeframe ends without an interview opportunity, email hello@worqagency.com within 30 days. We verify against your tracker — the same one you've watched all along — and approved refunds are returned 100% to your original payment method within 21 days.
No partial credit, no store credit, no fee deductions.
